Wow, a triple combo!

Today is Friday the 13th, and a full moon, and the harvest moon, which is the full moon closest to the autumn equinox. So celebrate, because it won't happen again until the year 2049, when we'll all be celebrating the 70th anniversary of "The Facts of Life"! :lol: :crazy: :grr:

Poor Mrs. Garrett and Natalie...they seem to be the most superstitious of our gang, with Mrs. Garrett quickly throwing spilled salt over her left shoulder and Natalie overanxious of the Fates (three ancient Greek goddesses).

I think in honor of tonight's triple event, I will watch "Rough Housing" and bask in the glow of the Eastland Harvest Fair! :D

No wonder I'm in a weird kind of mood, not a bad mood, I'm actually in a good mood, but in a goofy kinda spooky mood if that makes sense !!:crazy::D

That is SO COOL!!! :cool: After first coming here and reading about that it was the Harvest moon, I totally thought of the Petticoat Junction ep. where they had a sing a long of "Shine on Harvest moon" !:) I loved that seeing as a little girl and than seeing it a couple years ago on METV! :)So today that TOTALLY popped in my mind and I been singing this all day ,:) a day off from work so I had some wine :D and greeted my Hubby at the door singing "Shine on Harvest moon"! He was like "OK, she's a bit tipsy"!! :crazy::lol:

And I just played "Season of the witch" by Donovan and was dancing around Hippie style !! :cool: That is a really cool old song VERY appropriate of this occasion!! ;)

I would love to post "Season of the witch" , but for some reason on my computer it is not letting me post videos lately! :(:confused: But I suggest to anyone who wants to hear a really cool, witchy, spooky type song to play this!! ;)

So it's a triple event with Friday the 13th, full moon, and harvest moon,

and the moon itself had a triple goddess connotation in Greek mythology being identified with the three goddesses Selene, Artemis, and Hecate,

Unfortunately it's been raining so it's too overcast to see anything tonight. I love full moons though.
