who remembers when they were a kid; singing TV theme songs and making up words to them? For instance in school we used to sing
THE ADDAMS FAMILY STARTED
WHEN UNCLE FESTER FARTED
THEY ALL BECAME RETARTED
THE ADDAMS FAM-I-LY

and we used to make fun of someone by singing
THE (persons last name) FAMILY STARTED
WHEN (insert persons full name) FARTED
THEY ALL BECAME RETARTED
THE (insert persons last name) FAM-I-LY

I still remember when they were showing reruns of "The Mickey Mouse Club" in syndication, and some guy (I don't remember who it was) made fun of the theme song, and got away with it.

He was imitating some typical 1930's gangster and had his own version of the end of the sign-off.

Instead of "M-I-C... (See you real soon), K-E-Y (Why? Because we like you)," he sneered out "M-I-C... (Sea-sea-seasick), K-E-Y (Why? Because I said so!), and he got big laughs from the club members.

I always thought it was funny that they got away with that. Sure, it's not up there with saying the F-word on live TV, but until then I would've thought that would've been insulting. Funny, but still insulting.
