The 1997 “The City of New York vs. Homer Simpson” episode, featuring Homer Simpson's mad dash to relieve himself (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvIXcH2Muw0) at the World Trade Center, was pulled in wake of the 9/11 tragedy (but later returned to syndication). The National September 11 Memorial & Museum recently received an original hand-drawn cel from that episode as a “hilarious and tender” donation.
