I saw the Hackidu episode with him playing a comic book store owner tonight. I liked Paul's portrayal of her brother better than Chris Elliott, who would recur in the role after Robert and Amy got engaged.

I love the look that he gives Ray after Ray says, "Don't think that I haven't thought about being with Amy!" :D :D :D

I agree. Both were quirky, but I like the first characterization better. They not only changed the actor, they changed the character's name from Russell to Peter.
