Yeah I was forced to change my diet and fully recovered since January. I am back to work since April 1st and started a new job on 8/19 and very active. also walked about 15 blocks in Manhattan this past weekend?:wave:

I eliminated Gatorade and Soda from my diet along with deep fried foods

I really want to wake up early tomorrow and spend a few hours at Aliso Beach.

I don't have that problem because I don't pay taxes because I get too much in S.S.I.

I work as a caregiver for an elderly lady, but I mainly provide housecleaning, light cooking, companionship , help with grocery shopping and errands and taking her to her medical appointments ! :)
