Like many 90's kids I was obsessed with Barney And Friends as a toddler and had almost every single piece of Barney merchandise and who can remember during every single episode of Barney And Friends Barney would utter his iconic catchphrase Super-dee-duper? A spin-off of the popular Barney series of videos Barney And Friends centered on six children which rotated every season who had a stuffed version of Barney who like in a The Velveteen Rabbit fashion came to life through the children's imagination. Along with his friends the adorable and cute Baby Bop and her brother BJ who later joined the cast in the series Barney And Friends taught children lessons about growing up and numbers and letters and life skills such as manners throughout a mix of fun games and songs. You might realize that some celebrities got their start on Barney And Friends such as Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato and many famous celebrities such as country group Riders In The Sky and beloved children's author Tomie DePaola made appearences on Barney And Friends as well. It's really a shame that you don't see shows made for toddlers like Barney And Friends anymore today and as popular as Barney still is today Barney And Friends should be revived for a new generation of toddlers so the 90's kids that watched Barney And Friends in their childhood can show their own children

My husband used to watch nothing but Public TV when I first met him and he would watch a lot of Barney. I think it's a cute show.

I'm surprised that the creator of Barney And Friends didn't get sued by the creator of the show Columbo because when my mother and I watched Columbo we noticed that the end title was the I Love You/This Old Man song and when we heard it we were surprised to hear it. My favorite part of Barney And Friends was the episodes with Mother Goose in it because the actress who played Mother Goose was so fantastic and she really brought Mother Goose to life. I thought the child actors/actresses who played the kids in Barney And Friends were totally awesome and it would be interesting to know more about the former Barney And Friends child actors today now that they are grown up as adults and teens now
