I asked for a picture of her. I wasn't expecting it so soon. I just thought she'd write back in a couple of weeks.

So, today I got the picture.

She wrote:

It's from New York and it's just soo cool how nice she is. She sent it so quickly and everything.

Megan, that's awesome!! I've used that address as well. It's so nice of Mary to do that for her fans, rather than just cutting off all fanmail if she was afraid of Anthrax! I wrote to her back in March and said I had a birthday coming up in early April, and this is what I got back:

I would say a month, tops. It depends on where you live, obviously, and how busy she is at the time.

I know I've asked Kristen this before, but I forgot the answer...not surprising. Does anyone know if Mary reads the whole email or if she just gets the name and the address? In short, if I write sort of fan-letter type thing in the email will she even see it? Thanks. :)

Yes, Becki, she does read it. The reason I know that is that she knew about my birthday, so she MUST have read it. I doubt a secretary would have told her that.

OMG in less than a week I got one personalized, same one as you though Megan. OMG OMG OMG I bought a frame for it and now it's on my wall, I got it so quick, SHE'S SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NICE!!!!

It's been 6 days for me and I haven't gotten anything back. I think I will soon though.

I JUST WROTE TO MARY!! I hope my letter was ok, and I'll keep my fingers crossed. :bye:
