Apparently, Rules of Engagement (https://tv.avclub.com/rules-of-engagement-1798170087) is done in syndication (https://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/syndicated/sony-pictures-television-has-sold-rules-of-engagement-in-off-network-syndication/) starting September 2, 2019 (http://www.tdogmedia.com/2019/01/the-state-of-syndication-in-2019.html). In certain CW+ (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_programs_broadcast_by_The_CW_Plus) markets, it’s being replaced with Cops in the afternoon and King of the Hill in late night. It's apparently done in the top 3 markets as well. For instance, WPIX (https://pix11.com/) in New York is replacing it with Sanford and Son. KDOC (https://www.kdoc.tv/) in LA is doing some shuffling that week as is channel 26 (https://www.wciu.com/) in Chicago.
