Anytime I see Sanford episode with Julio and his pet goat Chico, it remind me of younger days where we had a friend in country who had couple of goats.

Goats are very friendly animals and no wonder some people keep them as pets. They are very social animal and if you feed them and bond with them, they follow you every where you go.

They are also not picky eater, and will eat anything (non meat items) you throw at them. Hence they are called biological garbage disposal.

They don't like being fenced in or tied down far from humans, so be prepare for few goat renegades that broke lose to be at your front door.

I think in that photo, Chico is eating Fred's special made dip Holly Molly. Fred told Julio to keep Chico off his property, or he have himself a king size goat burger :D

Fred: "You wanna eat something? Go out there in the yard and eat some of them empty Frito bags layin' around..."

What strikes me as odd is that Julio says several times that "Chico" is a HE or a BOY goat, yet he also says that Chico makes milk for cheese and stuff. Only females make milk.

Right. I thought about that when Julio said to Fred "I'd rather live with a young goat who gives milk than an old goat who gives trouble."

YES!! I wondered that myself. :crazy: SMH

There are also lots of continuity flaws though out the series.
