They do have them out here in Southern California! ;) I've never been to one. I'm a little shy to be nude in public, even when I was younger and hotter but besides that my boyfriends and Husbands weren't really public nudity type people either so it never was really a thing if we should go to a nude beach or not! :D

I had a guy friend that I worked with years ago and he and his girlfriend went to Tahiti and he said there were beautiful girls on the beach topless and his girlfriend kept hitting him cause he was looking at them ! He said next time he goes there it will be WITHOUT her!!:lol:

They have regular bathroom facilities.

Hygiene is strongly encouraged at these places, such as having people sit on towels when using chairs/stools.

Besides the being kind of shy about being nude in public, I kind of like having tan lines!:) Cause you can see how tan you got !!;) Even if I go to a tanning salon and you can be nude in the tanning bed , I choose to wear my bra and panties so it looks like I've been at a beach tanning naturally !:cool: And with guys too, I like tan lines, them to be all tan but have their cute little white butt!!!:D:eyes:

I've been to a clothing optional beach. I had swim trunks on but some people were naked. It's not that big of a deal.

Nobody's making you go to one and you don't have to worry about seeing anyone naked as it's kept away from public view.

I wandered into a nudist colony not far from where I live, it's in Topanga and I think it's closed now. This was a long time ago. People are respectful and it is also clothing optional.

And then I went to a couple beaches in So Cal with a BF and this was also a nice sunny experience.

People don't care what you look like.

Maybe Dude would like to find one near him as he likes to get nude....

So many have it in their heads that nudity is a bad thing, it's so natural, and it's true most countries breed puritanical people. And who believes they were born clothed????? Visual: we are all doing life unclothed, but for the cold and wet weather, gotta dress up or freeze .

We've come a long way baby, thinking of seeing our founders and forefathers, so buttoned up, with tons of clothing.
