The Autistic Self Advocacy Network announced Monday it is cutting ties with Sesame Street because its new PSAs direct parents to resources from Autism Speaks, which the Huffington Post describes as a controversial nonprofit that autistic people have criticized for years over its messaging.

Interesting. I watched both ads and I don't really see anything wrong with them, unless they are objecting to the fact that the show is encouraging parents to get their children screened for autism early. Oh or maybe they're criticizing the non profit. Hmmm. I'm confused now. But I thought both ads were cute.
