I think that Olivia doesn't act her age. I mean, when Rudy was 5 years old, she didn't say things that an older and more mature person would say...don't get me wrong, Olivias cute, and a good character, but she shouldn't say things like "I don't eat red meat" and just have such an adult attitude. Anyone else agree?

I think Olivia's character was written correctly. You're forgetting that she was an only child... Rudy was the youngest of five. Birth order plays a huge role in a person's psychological make-up. I'm an only child and I was much like Olivia growing up. I always acted like a little adult, and was a step ahead of my peers, due to the fact I was constantly surrounded by adults. My cousins were all 10+ years older than me as well, so I was the baby of my generation. While I took in adult-like behaviors, I was also spoiled and dotted on because I was the baby. So, I'm the classical only child with baby characteristics. I can relate both to Olivia and Rudy.
Only children are often viewed as being self-centered or "snooty" but it couldn't be any less true. Those with siblings have to take into consideration that we only children have been brought up without anyone to 'share' things with and everything was solely focused on us by our parents. We're brought up with the false sense of reality that we're going to have instant gradification and don't understand the concept of waiting our turn. It's something you have to learn as you mature and go on in life.
I think Olivia was a cute kid and just a typical only child. It's not so much a stereotype, it's fact. Birth order plays an enormous role in the person you become.

Say what you want, but three-year-olds, only child or not, don't talk about red meat. Olivia was way too mature for her age. She would have to be years older to be that way in real life. I guess Raven was talented enough to do this role at that young age, but it's unrealistic.
