I once won awards for finishing top 5 in the 25-29 age group by running a mile in 5:45 and 400m in 57 seconds.

My best ever bench press is 330 lbs. Flat and 340 lbs. Decline bench press although I use dumbbells instead of a barbell because barbells can KILL or paralyze you if it slips and lands on your neck!

My wife and I have raised two grandchildren (brothers) since they were 2 years old and 2 months old--now they are 20 years old and 18 years old and still live here.

It's OK! ;) Not that I have that full problem and I don't have to wear disposable underwear, but after I hit menopause and with some weight gain in my lower abdomen that must be hitting my bladder, when I have to pee, I MUST go at once or I will have some urine leakage or an all out accident! :eek: It's also not a good thing to sneeze if I have to pee!! ;)

I suffer from Misophonia. I cannot stand it when someone is chewing with their mouths open or chewing in general. I also have an aversion towards women with high pitched voices or nasally accents.
