Definitely Fred is Ralph and Barney is Ed. Even Wilma and Betty are the central Hooneymooners female characters.

Yes. The Flintstone was a copy of The Honeymooners. Some of the producers even admitted it. Jackie Gleason considered suing, but didn't want to be the guy to get Fred removed from TV.
