Not because they're they're evil, but because they are boring, poorly-written, etc.

Isn't this by definition a question that requires a convoluted thought process to formulate a response.

I don't hate anybody, but here is my list:

Taxi - Alex Reiger
Dear John - John
ELR - Raymond
MASH - Hawkeye (after season 5)
WWE- John Cena

I remember seeing Family Matters but when Erkel came on, I tuned out. His character was popular but his winey voice and personality wore me out.

I absolutely hated every person that was pushed as the "main star" of ER throughout the duration of the series (they always picked the most boring people to push as the power couple or "hottie") but loved the side characters (Susan, Dr. Dave, Dr. Romano, Morris, Lizzie).
