I found a Sesame Street film called You Can Get Right Up and the film appears to be from the 90's and the title song is performed by Lillias White and appears to be set in a gymnasium or indoor playground and starts with a little girl sitting in a corner with a tearful expression on her face and soon more kids rush to calm her down and get her interested in doing fun exercises and playing around the playground. You Can Get Right Up was one of the most interesting films of Sesame Street and the song has an awesome beat too
