Over a year...I've went meat-free on most Mondays. Some Mondays that are on a holiday...I push my meat-free day on a Wednesday or somewhere like that.
I did find-out that it made me lose weight...should I also have Meatless Tuesday as well? That was a big thing during World War II.

I gave up on red meat a couple of months ago, and I have lost ten pounds without any effort. Today I just stick to chicken and fish.

I mainly stick to chicken anyway, so it's easy for me.

I stopped eating red meat 11 years ago, so no big effort for me.

I might just do that...because for people the most difficult diet ever is vegetarianism...I went vegan for Lent and I gave up...but going without meat once a week makes me wanna eat less meat.
I always joked on my sister that she'd go vegetarian first...but surprise...I may be the one who'll go vegetarian...and of all places that made me wanna go vegetarian is...my church!
During the intern era, I had a vegan pastor and a vegetarian secretary. I had vegan desserts and I enjoyed them. They even had vegetarian burgers...I tried one and...

I highly recommend giving up on red meat, including pork. I have never felt better since giving up on red meat and pork products. The vegetarian burgers I have tried have all been really good.

Totally! There are a lot of great veggie meat substitutes. I’m at the point that when I see red meat I get nauseous.

I agree, even the smell of red meat makes me kind of sick to my stomach.

Indeed. The smell of cooking red meat is truly revolting!

Red meat for Blood Type O. Type A's are more suitable for vegetarianism.
