Why does Disney Channel more than often, overhaul the aesthetic (https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Retool/LiveActionTV?from=Retool.LiveActionTelevision) for their sitcoms for their final seasons respectively?

For instance:
Hannah Montana - Season 4, went to some Malibu ranch or something

Kickin' It - Season 4, different karate training center set.

ANT Farm - Season 3, they went to some boarding school.

JONAS became JONAS: LA; went from New Jersey to California.

Liv & Maddie became Liv & Maddie: Cali Style; went from Wisconsin to Malibu.

Austin and Ally changed the music store into a music school in Season 4.

I Didn't Do It dropped (https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/ArtifactTitle/LiveActionTV) the original premise.

Kids Incorporated - overhauled their intro and revamped the set for the central setting, the P*lace, as the glam of the 80s gave way to the grit of the 90s.

Bunk'd - It began as a spin-off of Jessie about the Ross clan at a summer camp. But for Season 4 (https://deadline.com/2019/03/bunkd-adds-three-new-cast-members-for-season-four-on-disney-channel-1202576779/), Emma, Ravi and Zuri are gone (https://www.j-14.com/posts/is-bunkd-canceled-disney-channel-renews-for-season-4/).

I hated what they did to ANT Farm. That was never a favorite show of mine but the whole point of the series was that it was about kids who were "gifted" or whatever and went to a special class in a regular school. When that show started, it was destined to be a hit but they ruined it when they changed the whole premise. No wonder it only lasted three seasons.
