The couch and chair that we have right now have really big rips and tears in them, and it's time that we got new furniture to replace both of them.
Both the couch and chair will be leather, and they are both expected to come sometime this week. Before they arrive, someone is going to come by and pick the chair & couch up for a low price.

We are getting new furniture also.
The springs on both our couch and love seat have finally broken down.
If you sit in those areas you will sink to the floor in no time at all.
We are looking at upholstery, with leather when it is HOT, you almost stick to it.
