View Full Version : How good is Rocketman? MrCleveland 06-03-2019, 10:47 PM I do wanna see Rocket Man...but I hear it isn't that good. opus 06-03-2019, 11:27 PM To date, it’s running 91% positive at Rotten Tomatoes https://www.rottentomatoes.com/ 1960'sTVfan 06-04-2019, 11:20 AM I don't watch movies made after 1976 so I won't be seeing Rocket Man. I'm not really interested in Elton John's life story anyway. But he's a good musician and I like most of his music. Torgo 06-04-2019, 11:27 AM Don't listen to others, and watch to form your own opinion? Bonniegirl 06-04-2019, 11:41 AM Don't listen to others, and watch to form your own opinion? Totally , I agree. I'm not one to follow a crowd and run out and see every blockbuster or high rated movie that comes along if the topic doesn't interest me! :p Like you Torgo, I find enjoyment in alot of obscure, nobody hardly has ever heard of films! :D BTW, I posted to you on the Animal thread regarding a movie called " A street cat named Bob" that I really think you and your wife would like. A true story of an amazing orange tabby cat ( looks like your Basement cat ) and the guy who adopts him , or rather the cat adopts the guy :D in London. :) Anyway, I am for sure gonna see Rocketman!! ;) I like Elton John, and I love the biography movie genre !! :) Steve_uk 06-04-2019, 12:21 PM I don't watch movies made after 1976 so I won't be seeing Rocket Man. This statement tallies mainly with my opinion, though there is the odd film out there for the discerning viewer. AMackII 06-06-2019, 07:04 AM I never seen Rocketman in theatres but the biopic about Elton John is ok as it is. |
