I can't remember the name of an old Fox sitcom starring Matthew Perry. The concept was that he (Perry)died and his ghost was still hanging around to bother his friend. The show obviously tanked in the ratings and was cancelled. However, like a year later, almost the exact same cast returned in a new show where Perry wasn't dead. What were the names of these two shows and was the second show some sort of spinoff from the other?

"Second Chance" was the first show. When the show was revamped, the ghost angle was dropped, and it was retitled "Boys Will Be Boys". Check out imdb.com -- it's really helpful when questions like this come up.
