The more I watch Press Your Luck, the more I think that board was controlled by the producers and they chose what the contestants landed on. Tonight a contestant with 3 Whammies was passed 7 spins that he had to take and suddenly climbs to $15k with no more whammy in sight after SEVEN spins. I call BS.
Then he passes his earned spin back to the other contestant, and the first thing she gets is a whammy. Yeah right.
I think they chose who they wanted to win in the end. I just don't trust those lights jumping around the board.
Speaking of which, I see around the same time as PYL was on, they changed the prize board on Sale of the Century from the contestant picking a number themselves to those same jumping lights and it's almost always the contestant now lands on stupid prizes when previously they'd land on dollar points for their score when they chose their own number on the board.
Rigged rigged rigged!
