Let us truly remember Memorial Day and teach our kids,grandchildren WHY WE REMEMBER...

Should Memorial Day be "happy"? Is that its point? I am never quite sure how I feel when someone says Happy Memorial Day, though as it's meant well, I usually just go with it.

I went to a funeral last weekend where I found out that a friend of mine who played bass guitar was in the military...I know many people who fought for our freedom and I respect them for it....

I always put flags on both of my grandpa’s graves for Memorial Day. So thankful to all the brave men and women who gave all.
