It's the 10 year anniversary of her death. It was really touching. They absolutely tortured her over and over and over as she repeatedly fought cancer & it kept coming back. At the end of was SO bad they couldn't even find any more veins in her arms to stick IVs in because they'd all been shot since she'd been stuck so many times!

When they finally found one they warned it could collapse at any time! They also interviewed her family, friends, & fellow Charlie's Angel Jacklyn Smith who was very close with Farrah.

Farrah was very close to her son Redmond, husband Ryan, and father & didn't want to leave any of them but in the end the cancer beat her. It's interesting how her close friend, Alanna Stewart, filmed her life during her cancer NIGHTMARE & they show a lot of that personal video.

You can watch it for free on the ABC app. It's amazing and horrific. They absolutely tortured her yet she barely complained.

They REALLY glossed over how Ryan O'Neal reportedly abused her throughout their relationship. Didn't appreciate it.

They mentioned how Farrah made the INCREDIBLY stupid decision to leave her sit show(Charlie's Angels) to star in a bunch of HORRIBLE TV movies that bombed!

They basically said that practically killed her career. Why don't actors understand that hit shows don't grow on trees so you should count your blessings at just HAVING a hit show when 99% of actors NEVER do? In other words don't leave a hit show for the possibility of a BOMB!

They also said her 1995 Playboy issue where she posed nude in her 50s was the biggest selling issue of the 90s.

She made a terrible mistake - Never leave a hit show.

Unless you have SEVERAL years under your belt & you feel you've done ALL you can do. Kind of like how Will Smith left Fresh Prince after 6 seasons when he KNEW he had bigger things coming like big movie deals.

But leaving after only ONE season with nothing bigger coming is sheer INSANITY! I'm shocked her agent didn't talk her out of that!

True - it is really hard to make it from TV to Movies, especially with only 1 Season in. Those who did it, Tom Hanks, Michael Jordon, Kyle Chandler, stuck with their series for years before they made it to movies. She should never have left that show that soon. And, you can blame her agents, it's on her. Never leave a hit series.

LOL..I've not even heard of 2 of those 3 actors. Well Michael B. Jordan played a victim in some movie but I would hardly call him a major star. Never heard of Kyle who?? Tom Hanks became a huge star but he's an exception.

You could add Clooney to the list. But he was in Facts of Life and then ER so he had already done many seasons of TV before movies.

Umm, Kyle Chandler is starring in Clooney's "Catch 22" on Hulu.

Michael B. Jordon is a super-star.

I always find it funny when people are more than happy to admit how out of touch they are.

Just because he was in Black Panther?? What on Hulu??!? You realize the vast majority of the population doesn't even watch Hulu? I've never watched it.

You're out of touch. You act like these people are Brad Pitt or Harrison Ford or something.

I'll leave it here - but Brad Pitt and Harrison Ford haven't been relevant for about 10 years.

Yes, Michael B. Jordon is the new Super-Star and Kyle Chandler is everywhere.

Tom Hanks is probably the greatest actor of any generation. He has somehow kept himself relevant throughout his career.

Michael B. Jordon has a chance of being the greatest actor of his generation.

Kyle Chandler has a shot at being the greatest character actor of his generation.

How would you have handled that subject? If they wanted to, ABC could have made this into a show about Farrah's questionable decisions. For example, had she gone the route of an ostomy pouch, she may have extended her life considerably.

But the show was not a referendum on how to make specious decisions in your relationships, etc. They were trying to do a tasteful bio.
