The list spans Black Sabbath to 2010s. No more than 2 albums per band. Most metal sub genres included. IGNORE numbers beside albums, this list program did that automatically for some reason. Ranking bands is moronic. Hard Rock bands are not included...Scorpions, Van Halen, Motley Crue, etc...They are not metal.
