I just found out that Doris Day died. She was 97 years old!

I wonder if ME TV or one of the other "retro-channels" will do a tribute to her or if their sister station; DECADES; will have a "weekend binge" of "THE DORIS DAY SHOW"?

I'm sure TCM will do something.

Doris Day was a trooper. She didn't really want to do "The Doris Day Show" on TV, but because her no-good husband went through her money and then contracted her to do the show w/o her even knowing it and then leaving her with a tax bill well into the six figures, she did the show to help pay her legal bills and the back taxes. yea, her husband was also her business manager and he never said anything to her about her money so she assumed everything was ok. Then after he died she found out it wasn't and he had contracted her to do the show even though she'd always said she didn't want to do a TV series.

Just one of the many reasons I adored her. We truly lost a gem. A great actress, animal rights advocate and just all around great lady. I’ll really gonna miss her a lot.

I don't get Decades TV. Won't Me TV be doing something for Doris Day next week too? I've NEVER seen the Doris Day and I do NOT want too see it online.

R.I.P. to Doris Day. Probably the most down home and wholesome actress ever. Not to mention very beautiful! It's great that she became an animal activist too.

If anyone can please tell me a network where the Doris Day show is on(besides that UNHEARD of Decades TV) I'd really appreciate it!

I haven't seen the show regularly on TV since the early 80's when CBN aired it I believe.
