Perhaps she turned herself in for burning a pancake or something? She frightens me to a certain degree I must admit:rolleyes:

She's being investigated for getting inside tips on some stocks that she sold.
I hope she ends up in the frying pan over this. I've read stories about her, and she treats people shabbily.

JanLady, I had heard the same thing about how she treats people. I read somewhere she expects people to be perfect as she thinks herself to be and she has very little tolerance with mistakes. I also read that she has very little respect for those working for her...

 It's a close tie between her shoe and the "Christopher Lloyd" show in my book. At least Christopher Lloyd has a sense of humor though...I guess that's what you'd call it anyway. It's scary when he gets all dressed up like a lady:rolleyes:

I heard she was carrying her hot glue gun out in public.. waving it. She was screaming "If anyone makes any funny moves I swear I'll squeeze this hot glue out on myself!"

I say she must have decked the waiter for putting a bottle of ketchup on the table. It's just so not her Style...

Martha Stuart I heard isn't a nice person. She complained about the television show 'Style & Substance' because she thought the character Jean Smart played was supposed to be making fun of her. Since the character was also recently divorced and had a cooking show... The character was so over the top it she was a riot.

Yeah, I think I heard that somewhere!

Anyways, she's an old crack pot...honestly, she screws herself and gets herself into these messes

I think the reason she is in trouble is because she is just plain EVIL but then thats just my opinion.

Well she was. Those who had never seen that show wouldn't get the plot.

The idea was that Jean Smart's character hated,HATED Martha Stewart even to the extent of making her get run over by a train set!

From the final episode:

Jean Smart:How do you like my train set?

Nancy Mckeon:Why is Martha Steward getting run over?

It went something like that LOL

Well, she actually deserves it in a way. For being so.....so... ugh! I mean, excuse me if I don't spend 45 minutes trying to make a sandwhich! I take a burger, slap it on a bun with some 54 sauce (LOL FOL ppl) and eat it. I could probably eat 7 sandwhiches by the time she gets the mustard spread on ONE piece of bread!

And, about the Style & Substance thing, Sitcomwriter is half correct. I believe that line did go something like that, but Jean Smart's character couldn't have hated Martha to the full extent, because Jean's character was...well...another living Martha. Here is an add poster that I have-

Jean- When life gives you lemons, make lemon meringue pie, and save the extra peel for potpourri wreaths.

Nancy- When life gives you lemons, make lemonade!

I remember a story not too long ago about Miss Perfect aka Martha Stewart.
A limo driver, with a group of passengers (I think it was a prom or something)--anyway, the limo driver got lost and took a wrong turn and ended up on Miss Perfect's street. I recall it wasn't even a private street, but there she was flipping out, calling the police and making such a big deal out of it.
She couldn't just be cool and give them directions. She wouldn't even let them leave until the police arrived. I saw the driver and a few of the passengers being interviewed on Inside Edition, etc, and they said she was a total lunatic.
She tried to have them arrested, but no law was broken.
I've read numerous accounts of how nasty she is to her employees. She reminds me of Leona Helmsley, the Queen of Mean. Nasty control freak.
Insider trading?--throw the book at her if she's guilty.

 I had an interview with him. Here are his comments.

Martha is a very private person. She doesn't want to have the cameras on her face 24/7, but she likes to show people how to do things. She just can't go like ok today we're going to make the friggen cake and everbody better shut up beacuse I am not repeating myself. She likes to share herself with the world. :)

So there you go. To protect the innocent, and serve the dumbfounded. :D

Here's a picture and I also changed his voice too, like on COPS or UNSOLVED MYSTERIES. ;)

Martha Stewart stirs up so many emotions in me I'm not sure what to think....First and foremost there is the knee-jerk hatred of her for being so darn perfect and making all women who don't cook like her look bad....then there's the respect I have for her for being one of the few female self-made millionaires. But then there's the idea of should I be respecting her if she really is as nasty as people say she is?....but I think ultimately, I feel sorry for her. I think she has a sad little life, and I really think one of her only joys must be making others feel bad. I don't feel sorry for her if she gets caught doing insider trading....after all, whatever she might have lost on that stock would probably have been a drop in the bucket compared to her over all wealth (though obviously that's just speculation and I don't know for sure).....but I really do feel sorry for the woman, if for nothing else than for her total lack of a sense of humor. I saw her on Conan once, and he was hilarious, making fun of her....she was showing him how to iron shirts and he was saying that he uses irons to make grilled cheese sandwhichs! Clearly it was meant to be a joke but she didn't find it amusing at all, she proceeded to tell him the "proper" way to make a grilled cheese sandwhich! I mean come on! You gotta be able to laugh at yourself at least a little!
