I’m able to catch 14 eps of Lassie per week on my local World Harvest channel - sometimes 16 (2 per day, sometimes 4 on Saturdays)…!

While visiting his friend Jim aka Ward Cleaver, Corey goes fishing and Lassie befriends a pair of sea lions. When Lassie is swept out to sea, one of the sea lion goes to Corey for help.


An unscrupulous water company executive trying to acquire by any means water rights from the Miller and other area farms is pushed into an old well by Lassie when he mistreats Jeff.

We get two episodes per day around the same time. They are on FETV. They skipped most of the Timmy episodes

Eddie was in an episode from the Timmy years too called The Cub Scout from season 4. I saw this episode recently and he was playing a very Eddie-like character.

There are at least a few Corey Stuart (Robert Bray) episodes I haven't seen yet. The Hugh Beaumont one doesn't sound familiar.

My local World Harvest channel now is doing a good job of showing the series thoroughly. (Before for some reason, they tended to show the Timmy ep with the new refrigerator pretty often). The Corey Stuart character is okay. Probably better than Jed Allan's character, later, who seemed to have an odd jerk of the head...!

This sounds like when Trinity Broadcasting showed Lassie. They showed only a few Timmy episodes, and that new fridge episode was on a lot. The only later episode I recall is the (I think multi-part) Christmas episode where Provost sings Silent Night over the closing credits.

I like how Corey can do just about anything. I like him. To me he looks like Mike Rowe's dad the guy from dirty jobs.

What's also interesting is that is the ONE episode that was filmed in color and even better news that while it's never shown on broadcast TV you CAN see it. Thanks for that! ... I've always wanted to get that color episode. Also, The Great Adventure, aka The Journey, parts 1 thru 5, was shown on CBS in 1963. The sample on Amazon shows color, but I don't remember ever seeing a Timmy episode in color. Gotta order that, too.

Before I forget Madge Blake (Larry Mondello's ma) was in Season 3 Episode 25 "The Artist"

As long as we are on Ken I saw him in the 1955 production of Good Morning, Miss Dove. He plays Tommy Baker - Age 9 (uncredited). I have seen that movie 3 or 4 times but it was not until the last viewing I recognized Eddie. It is a favorite of mine
