I ask this question because I recently had gotten these in a trade coming my way. I've never seen the series personally. So this is my way of jumping into it. I know people have mentioned MeTV and TV Land airings being syndicated cuts. I know a user has mentioned that the N@N cuts are the original uncut Broadcasts. But I've read nothing about Odyssey airings.

In a nutshell, no all Odyssey shows ARE edited. I have a few Odyssey eps too, but only when I was forced to look for shows I didn't have from Nick and TV Land and Fam Channel. They were shows from the last 2 seasons which the other stations didn't play. I do think though that the Me TV versions of the last couple of seasons are better as far as video quality is concerned than the old Odyssey versions. I think Me TV was better at turning up the color than the rather faded looking Odyssey last seasons.

I’ll add: some of the episodes Me-TV aired had scenes missing from the Odyssey airings, or vice versa (usually adds scenes most of the timeline ). They’re the same exact transfers, but the color is much better. My guess is since the Odyssey airings that are currently online were sourced from VHS, it’s just simple fading and tape noise, but then again, the Odyssey prints actually might’ve been a bit faded. CBS even took the liberty to retain Viacom’s very first logo on many of those episodes; not sure why, but OK. If they remove it the next time these episodes air, it has no effect on me. I own 16 prints that have that logo on 16mm. If it’s kept, that’s fine too. Reminds me of when I first watched these episodes many years ago.
