Did anyone notice that when Iola and Bubba came on, the furniture in the living room was different, the wall paper in the dining area was then white, in the kitchen the area where the back door is went from yellow walls to brown. Also the living room got smaller. Before there was a closet, living room windows and then the stairs. When the next cast arrived the was a closet but then there were stairs the windows just dissapeared like Buzz and Sonya. Just watch for these things next time!!:wave:

I've never noticed, but these changes don't surprise me. The NBC years were taped at CBS Television City (in the old "Carol Burnett Show" studio), while the syndicated years were taped at Fox Television Center. There was a two year production break between the two runs of the show, so not only did they change studios, but they most likely had to rebuild the set as well.

The original NBC shows used a different house for the exterior (in the opening theme, and for the closing) as well. When they changed exteriors for syndication, they went back over the old NBC episodes and replaced the old exterior shots with the new ones, so they would match up in reruns.
