I'm trying to eat less sodium because I went to a free clinic yesterday and they say I should cut-down on the salt.

I'm using salt-free seasonings, citrus, and hot sauce sauce to flavor-up a dish...any other suggestions for going salt-free?

I imagine it’s hard to find a substitute for the real thing. If you want to reduce your sodium intake, avoiding packaged food is probably the best bet.

Another way to go is just cut back on the salt. Foods to avoid: cold cuts, pickles & saurkraut.

I'll be buying less processed foods as we speak. I may even buy No Salt Seasoning...but I like Mrs. Dash....
