If you lived in the Bay Area during the 40's to the 2000's chances are you probably heard of KRON TV. KRON TV was a San Francisco based channel that originally an NBC channel and was considered to be one of the best channels in the Bay Area that was famous for it's outstanding local news broadcasts and was the original home of both Wheel Of Fortune and Jeopardy in the Bay Area before being moved to KGO TV in 1992 and featured original programming as well. Among KRON TV's original newscast were some outstanding reporters and one very famous celebrity from the game show world who was Shop Till You Drop's talented Pat Finn who was a weatherman for KRON TV's newscasts and as KRON TV changed it's image in the 2000's KRON TV featured Disney actor Neil Ross as announcer for it's newscasts. Today KRON TV still exists in the Bay Area but has renamed itself MyKRON TV as they are a My TV Network channel. But for some TV channel nostalgia the original KRON TV is worthy of reading about
