NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek::eek:

This one’s for you, thrill-seekers: The longest pedestrian-only suspension bridge in the United States is set to open soon in Gatlinburg, Tennessee.

At 680 feet long, the Gatlinburg SkyBridge promises stunning views of the magical Smoky Mountains. For added excitement, see-through panels are installed at the bridge’s highest point, 140 feet above the ground.

I am terrified of heights, so this news gives me some serious heebie-jeebies. But I support everyone’s right to good, clean, spine-tingling fun — and by the looks of this photo they posted, this fits the bill:

Yikes. :eek: That's not for me at all. Like you Marlene, I'm terrified of heights. I hate bridges and will only go on normal sized ones. Another thing I hate are tunnels.

If I’m that close to Dollywood....forget the bridge, I’m going to the Holy land!

I can handle that...but that other bridge...I too have a fear of heights, I get vertigo sometimes when I'm up high on something....

I'll take the long way around.

Reminded me of Steven Spielberg refusing to walk across the rope bridge while filming Temple of Doom and he requested to be driven across to the other side that took over 40 mins each time.

I love those bridges! They have a lot of them in the Pacific Northwest
