Please help me find an episode (if there is one). I could've sworn I remember an episode where Alan Thicke wore a black underwear (briefs or boxer briefs) in the bedroom. But now after a watch marathon, I couldn't find it. There are a couple episodes where he is shirtless, but otherwise Jason Seaver is almost always... "well-clad". Did I remember wrong? My mind could be confused with Step By Step, where Patrick Duffy indeed often shows his legs.

Hello, there is in fact an episode of Growing Pains where Jason Seaver (Alan Thicke) is in underwear. In Season 5, Episode 16 (The Home Show) from 19:16 to 19:24 he and Maggie are in a sped-up scene as they hurry to get dressed for a fundraiser they're hosting that they realized is happening that day instead of a different day. Jason is clearly wearing white briefs (!!!) as he struggles to get dressed. The only place I found it is purchasing the episode on Amazon Prime Video. You may have missed it because the scene is sped up.
