I’ve acquired several years of my favorite soap “Days of our Lives”. I love being able to go back and watch episodes at random and try to remember what was going on at the time.

Years ago the wife and I splurged and bought the complete set of the original Dark Shadows.

Actually I do! I have 80 DVD's from the Jack and Jennifer early days on "Days of Our Lives". I've had them for well over ten years and only recently started watching them. I'm planning on trying to sell them or send them to someone if they'll pay the shipping but it's going to take me a while to get through them all.

Not for me, but I bought a couple for my mom and sis.


I found a Luke & Laura General Hospital VHS tape at a random yard sale and picked it up for my sister. There is also a Luke & Laura Vol. 2 release and I believe that these VHS tapes are the only official home media of General Hospital (with the exception of a Daytime Greatest Weddings compilation tape).

While not technically a soap release, I bought my mother the PaleyFest live discussion of General Hospital's 50th Anniv panel.

Just recently bought complete years of 1989 & 2006 of “Days of our Lives”.

I now own these complete years:
1984-1989 & 1995-2006

My next purchase will be the gap in between (1990-1994).

Got 1990-1994 of “DAYS”.

Finally own all years from 1984-2006.
