I didn't know you guys didn't know that. He auditioned for HL, and didn't get the part, but just like Felice, the producers kept him in mind for future projects. He said he never had to audition for Mr. Bradley because he had already auditioned for the producers (who produced HL, DS, and FOL), and they were all, "If you can do HL, you can do Mr. Bradley". (I know, I know: he didn't actually do HL, but that's what he said the producers said). Hey, he'll always have: "Good stuff, Maynard!" My mom still says that catchphrase from time to time, but until recently, I had never associated it with Mr. Bradley! opus 03-25-2019, 01:28 PM I remember him showing up on Newhart, but I'd have to head over to Imdb to see which ep '80sSitcoms 03-25-2019, 01:37 PM My mom still says that catchphrase from time to time, but until recently, I had never associated it with Mr. Bradley! You didn't tell us that sooner! I remember him showing up on Newhart, but I'd have to head over to Imdb to see which ep One of my favorite sitcoms of the '80s (and ever) is "Mr. Belvedere", and he played a fear-of-flying class instructor (not on how to fear flying, but on how to overcome it  ). RetroGuy2000 03-25-2019, 08:30 PM Oh, I see. I did watch the E! True Hollywood Story for The Facts Of Life at some point, but I must have forgot about that part. Yeah, they haven't run it in many years, and it's not online, so I should have guessed there would be details in it that people would have forgotten. My bad!
