Did the cast of Alice all get along? I heard rumors that some did not. Please let me know, I'm curious.

Well I guess you can't expect everyone to get along with one another all the time!

It was rumored that Linda Lavin had conflicts from time to time with Polly Holliday and Diane Ladd. I think especially Diane, which eventually resulted in her early departure.
