Just wondering if anyone still collects LPs or 45s.

I’ve got many (most of) of Dolly Parton’s original LPs. Some still sealed. I plan on getting more frames for them to use them as wallpaper/artwork.

I do still listen to them, as well. I love the sound of old records playing.

I also have some LPs from Tanya Tucker, K.T. Oslin, and a Minnie Pearl comedy album.

Collect, no. Still happen to have some? Yes. About 50 of them.

I love records. Don't collect anymore as I have all that I want which might be around 250

I used to collect them in the 70's & 80's but sold them at a yard sale and what was left went to Goodwill. I had no way to play them after my record player stopped working in the early 90s.

My mom bought me a record/cassette/CD/CD recorder combo player just a few months before she passed away last year. I’ve gotten a lot of enjoyment out of it! It also has Bluetooth and I can burn songs from YouTube to CDs.

When my neighbor died, I ended up getting something just like that.

That was a very nice gift. I've seen a record player for sale recently at Walmart but back in the 90s they were hard to find. There were plenty of CD players though.

Dolly’s Coat of Many Colors original LP. Love having this framed on my wall.

I have a collection of vinyl LP's and 45's, I have 100's of LP's and 45's. Most of my collection is music from the 1970's, but I have some 50's and 60's stuff too, also some 80's and 90's. Some of the best records in my collection are the lesser known/obscure ones that most people don't know about.

I have a good size LP collection, but I haven't bought any in a couple of years.

Just ordered 2 more LP frames.

Pretty soon I’ll have my bedroom walls covered with Dolly records!!

Which 2 (of the ones pictured) should I frame...?

I have several old jazz albums. It's odd - a lot of that sort of music got carved up when it went to CD, a few songs on this album, a few on that. I also have a few operas that I don't think ever made it to CD.

There are several Dolly albums that have never been released on CD. Thankfully, I’ve been able to use my CD recorder to make the CDs myself.
