I just found this really neat site via another forum I'm on a few minutes ago and it's called scriptcity.com, where it has a whole bunch of TV sitcom scripts that you can actually buy.

Has a lot of shows such as Home Improvement, 227, 21 Jump Street, etc. There's also TV movie scripts there too along with movie ones.

Most likely because they are so expensive.
