Actress Annie Murphy completely brought it during Alexis’s audition for the town’s production of Cabaret in a moment that was not just hilarious — but a total jam as well. And one that you can listen to all the time now too!

Moira (Catherine O’Hara) sure tried to keep Alexis from getting involved with the production, but luckily there’s nothing that can stop this woman and we are blessed with 2019’s best (and funniest) song. When reminding Moira of Alexis’s reality TV and singing career past, Johnny (Eugene Levy) says, “We did spend all that money flying in Barbara Streisand’s vocal coach that summer Alexis wanted to be the next Jessica Simpson.”

So when she’s finally invited to audition by Jocelyn (Jennifer Robertson), Alexis asks, “Audition? Do I have to remind you about the album I released?”
