3. It has a Latin/Mexican guitar sound during that dance song
4. That song was released anytime in-between January 1977 & May 1996(if its corrected)

Well...very close but I’m still trying figuring out who is the lady singing “Lets Get Invited...” with a more latin/soul/pop 80s-90s vocal sound.

It Was Basia with “Promises” in case some of you did not notice. I find out this morning that the correct clues are: Here & Now in 1st & 2nd verses, latin guitar sound & it came out in the late 1980s.
