The whole album is good, but yes I would say that "The Crunch" is one of the best songs on the lp. "Second Time" and "Street Rat Shuffle" are awesome songs as well.

Two guys from the Scram band were previously in a band called Lodestar, the Lodestar album is on You Tube and I've listened to it but it's not as good as the Scram album. Lodestar has a rawer sound and the songwriting isn't as good, but the Scram album is awesome.

No I haven't seen the pilot episode of One Day At A Time, but if it's on You Tube I'll check it out and see what I think.
