Steve_uk 02-12-2019, 02:42 PM If you were introducing someone to the show, which episodes would you recommend as must sees? The one where Blanche is about to be married to the bigamist. There's one where Dorothy is talking in the teacher's lounge with young teachers then realizing when she steps into her vehicle that she's old. The episode where Sophia steals Blanche's date. The show where Dorothy's date makes a pass at Blanche and Dorothy doesn't believe her. The programme where Rose indirectly causes a woman's death. The episode where Rose joins one of Dorothy's classes. An episode where a teacher makes an offer to give Blanche a top grade if she sleeps with him. The episode where Blanche's date flies her to a restaurant and she realizes he wants a mother for his children. The episode where Blanche dates a young man and realizes they have nothing in common. This is not an exhaustive list.. howierules86 02-12-2019, 02:59 PM Season 7 (1991-92): "Questions & Answers" - Dorothy tries out for "Jeopardy!," then has a dream where she's actually on the show competing against Rose Nylund and Charley Deitz (from Empty Nest). bandonurse 02-15-2019, 02:00 PM I love "The Competition" and "The Flu" from season one. Henny Penny and the Jeopardy episode from later on. "A Letter To Gorbachev" is also a favorite of mine, along with the one where they sing "Mr. Sandman" to the little baby they are caring for. |
