Well I knew that Mr. Bean was funny when Rowan Atkinson was at his peak. I doubt Mr. Bean would go after kids though.

I have seen Mr. Bean a few times and the movie Bean and to me, Rowan Atkinson's portrayal of the title character reminds me of Pee Wee Herman. He looks similar to Paul Reubens.
