Watching on TV one right now

TV One even includes the 6 second mid-show bumpers. I don't remember seeing those since first-run syndication in 1985-1988. After the first act they air a few commercials, then the 6 second bumper (title card with theme music), then more commercials.

I think that The Cosby Show does it as well.
