Why is everyone changing there usernames on here? I can't tell who's who anymore!

My username is still Plata. I haven't not gone by this name since I first registered, although, I have used other usernames.

I have no idea why username changing is going on. Maybe because they're sick of their old username and want to change to something "fresh" and "new".

Lately, I have been thinking about changing my username slightly like by adding a word in there. I think it needs to be "updated" a bit. After awhile the same username/screenname DOES get boring. I've had this username for about nine months and counting. Just my thoughts.

I don't know. There has been a frenzy of it as of late. I agree that it is difficult to keep up with everyone though. I know longer know who is who unless they tell me or I somehow figure it out by a stroke of genuis-or luck. I'm no genuis:rolleyes:


I'll always be ks though, so don't worry about my name changing anytime soon.

Well first I had EricMatthews, but didn't like it so just put a space in between to make Eric Matthews. Then in April, I wanted a new name because I've been using this for a year, so I changed it to the one I currently have. :D

I agree Jacob.I've never really had any intrest in changing my name!

In thought about changing my name to Obsessions, but I'm stick'n to Nancy McKeon is my idol!!

I've had the name for over 2 years and have no plans on changing it. These boards need a little Madness once in a while, in more ways than one!

I'll have had this screen name for two years in December. :) I like it... I have no plans of changing it anytime soon. It'd be weird since I have a fan fiction with like 126 pages so far. If I changed my name it'd stay as posted as this screen name... Too confusing for me.... :) Besides- I like my name. :) I don't change things that I like too often. Nancy McKeon will always by my favorite actress. You can count on it.

I agree that all this name-changing is getting confusing, but I also find it confusing when people change their avatars. There are so many Tootie and Nancy related names on here that it's hard to keep track of them anyway, so I try to identify people by their avatars. Just when I've managed to associate a certain person with a certain avatar they go'n change it again!
But I guess, at the end of the day, people can call themselves whatever they want - it's my problem if I can't learn their names in time! :lol:

In a year & a half here, I've gone through 1 SN change

And I've had the driving smiley avatar for as far back as I can remember.

I don't like change, I just change to clean the dust..

I've never changed my username (i'm very proud of myself) and I don't think I ever will... I still and always will love Eponine. :D BTW, Chris, I LOVE those Garfield comics you posted!:lol:

So true! That's why I don't change my name. I think its easier to just change my signature and avator instead of changing my name a few times. Besides, Jenny is just a short version of my name. I can't get sick of the screen name Jenny, because that's the name I'm stuck with. Did that make any sense? lol - But I really go through my likes and obsessions and change it so often that I figure what's the use in changing my name if I'll change my mind in another second? I only changed mine because at school, everybody calls me Gregorio. Why not here also.

*moving hands while talking* I change my ususally a few times a week. I don't know why...I just always find one that I like better. *shrugs* And I've only changed my name once...that's good!
