Starting with the original Captain America serial back in the '40s up through the buyout, what of the various Marvel movies and television shows does Disney own the full rights to? So much of it over the years was done via third-party studios licensing the characters, and still retain ownership over that particular release.

Obviously, anything Fox owned completely can be funneled back over to Marvel side if desired, but what all would that be?
