Fans of the teen show received a shock in 2008 when it was announced that Zoey 101 would end after its fourth season. This news came after Jamie Lynn revealed she was pregnant at age 16 with her then-boyfriend, Casey Aldridge.

'Oh wow you didn't quit because you were pregnant, you waited this long to tell us,' a fan commented on the picture.
Jamie Lynn responded: 'Nope...I went home to finish high school and was going to pursue movies.'
Another person asked if the contract would've been extended without the pregnancy, to which Jamie Lynn responded 'No'.
The throwback picture implored other fans to ask for a cast reunion, which later inspired the actress to post a poll on her Instagram story asking people if they would actually be interested in a reboot.
'Honestly, since soooo many people keep asking us I'm just curious, how many of you would watch a reunion/reboot of Zoey?" Jamie Lynn wrote, posting a poll.
In response, 96 per cent of people have voted yes. So a reunion or reboot could be in the future for avid fans.
After leaving the Nickelodeon show, Jamie Lynn stayed mostly away from show business while raising her daughter. She's released multiple country singles over the years and performed at locations around Nashville, Tennessee.
