This makes me wish I had Decades down here in Southwest Florida.

I know that Decades has a Lost TV block but they are now going to be airing rare Honeymooners Lost Episodes not seen in syndication. They will air Quiz Show/Manager of The Baseball Team (possibly the 1957 version) in a 30 minute slot. Also they will air Halloween Party (possibly the one that is also called Masquerade) & Sprained Thumb ) possibly in a 30 minute time slot.

I am wondering if those Episodes have finally been put into syndication or is this something that Decades did indepentally. There are still some Lost episodes that are still Lost. There is a 1952 version of Manager of The Baseball Team that is still lost and misplaced along with Halloween Party (1954 version) I am 99.9% sure that Decades hasn't discovered any Lost Episodes but does anyone think that Decades will air the lost versions of sketches that I just listed during the week of Jan 13th? The reason why I am asking is that I remember when the 1954 version of Love Letter was found, it was BIG news. There seems to be no news regarding any Honeymooners sketches being found?

Those are available on DVD https://www.amazon.com/Honeymooners-Episodes-1951-1957-Complete-Restored/dp/B005E7SEOI

and the Lost episodes of Honymoons are available in Syndication from CBS

There are still some Lost episodes that are still lost and haven’t been seen since the 50s like the 1952 version of Manager of The Baseball and the 1954 version of Halloween Party. I am wondering if Decades will air them. Thank you anyway.

We lost Decades although we are supposedly getting it back on FIOS. I believe Comcast still carries it here in the Philly metro area. It’s replacement Start TV is mediocre IMHO and I rarely look at it.

I agree that Start TV is mediocre. If one is into about ten year old drama shows in the daytime, tune to ION which at least is HD picture quality. StartTV's lineup is probably filled with shows that ION rejects.

Maybe CBS wants the newer shows over Decades, and reruns of Medium and The Good Wife will help drive up sales of CBS All Access. And that's a stretch. I have to say the picture quality of Start TV makes the shows more or less unwatchable in terms of desirability though.

Whatever the case, in Philly, I really don't get why Decades couldn't be shifted to it's sister station WPSG on a subchannel, as CBS still has ownership in Decades. Instead it went over to WDPN which is really hard to receive over the air. And Fios isn't yet carrying the Decades subchannel from WDPN. In some ways, Philly is fortunate; at least, those that have Xfinity or a rooftop antenna are able to pick up Decades. Many markets lost Decades and have no affiliate for it anymore.

They're definitely running episodes not previously seen in syndication. I don't think any of them are ones not part of MPI's DVD box set, but I'm not sure. In February they're going to start running the trip to Europe shows (each one split into two parts).

Wow! Here’s hoping that Decades has unearthed some Lost episodes as a surprise. Thanks for the news.

I wouldn't say Start Tv is mediocre for I wouldn't want to hurt people who liked the shows. It is, just I'm not into the types of shows they broadcast.
