In our hotel suite we have a Samsung TV that several times has a habit of activating it's sleep timer and then turning itself off and I cannot figure out how to disable the sleep timer on it. Mom and I have tried turning it off then turning it on again and it didn't help and then Mom had to unplug the TV then plugged it back in and the same thing happened again. Is there a setting in the menu to disable the sleep timer so it doesn't turn off again. Because when Mom and I have found the sleep timer it has an off option but it doesn't work either. Is there another menu in the TV that has an option to disable the sleep time that me and Mom missed and is this a common problem with Samsung TVs?

Why don't you guys contact the hotel staff to help with your in-room TV?

We now have encountered a new problem with our hotel room's Samsung TV and I would like to know if any of you have had this problem with your Samsung TV's? We were watching some Youtube videos on our TV when suddenly the sleep timer came on and when we turned the television back on the television completely is frozen and you can't even turn the channels and a black square appears in the middle of the screen and you cannot make the screen big and so the screen is tiny. I tried contacting the hotel's front desk for a new television and they told me that there aren't no replacement televisions and even with Mom unplugging it and plugging the television back in many times didn't help. We even tried to see if the remote control is part of the problem and no luck and so far the only things that work on the television are the mute button and the volume control. We also asked the front desk to send the repairman over but they said the earliest he could come is tomorrow. And now we have a message saying Loading Application and we cannot even see the TV show because it is now a gray screen. None of the other guest rooms televisions have this problem and so it makes me think that the television is broken or is wearing out. What would likely be the cause of the problem?
